We have over 35 years experience manufacturing severe service ball valves for the most demanding environments, including high pressure ball valves, high temperature ball valves, metal seated ball valves, and applications involving high abrasion, corrosion and cycle time.
Proprietary Geometry
We use proprietary geometry and seat design to reduce friction and torque requirements in severe service ball valves. As a result we can produce class VI bubble-tight shutoff valves that require less shutoff torque and have a superior lifespan in severe service applications.
Proprietary Materials
As manufacturer of severe service ball valves we evaluate every application on an individual basis so as to provide the best possible solution, up to and including creating proprietary materials like Garmet-38, a material providing metal seat construction with 30% less torque than teflon on stainless steel.
Canadian Engineering and Control
As a manufacturer of severe service ball valves, quality assurance is a major issue. We provide a "Made-in-Canada" solution, whereby all engineering and assembly is performed locally in Canada. We guarantee traceability of all materials in our valves, and use North American foundries for all our castings.
