BUILT IN THE PLANT.

NOT IN A CONFERENCE ROOM.

Gardner Controls was founded by people who’ve spent careers inside manufacturing facilities — not selling to them from the outside. We started in controls and commissioning because that’s where projects succeed or fall apart. Everything we’ve built since comes from that firsthand understanding.

We know that automation projects affect more than equipment. They impact your maintenance team, your production schedule, your communication flow between engineering and the floor. Our role is to step in, absorb that complexity, and guide the project forward so your team can stay focused on running production.

From Controls Roots to Full Integration

As manufacturing environments have evolved, so have we. Gardner Controls expanded from controls and commissioning into robotic integration, advanced programming, and full-scope automation development.

That expansion wasn’t a pivot — it was a natural next step. With a background in process engineering and facility expansion leadership for Tier 1 automotive suppliers, our team brings experience in:

• Capacity validation and concept system development
• Multi-vendor coordination and scope management
• Robotic work cell integration and programming
• End-to-end delivery from concept through production ramp-up

As an Authorized Systems Integrator for FANUC, we’ve completed advanced training including TPP and KAREL development, safety architecture configuration, vision integration, palletizing applications, and collaborative robot platforms.

The difference: we can handle both focused single-cell integrations and multi-system programs — without losing the hands-on accountability that built our reputation.

Looking Forward

Gardner Controls continues to grow across the Midwest and Southeast manufacturing corridor — from Alabama
to Michigan — supporting automotive, Tier 1, industrial, and emerging food production partners.

Our commitment remains consistent:

Build systems that hold up.

Protect operational stability.

Build relationships that last.

Where It Started

For over 15 years, Gardner Controls supported complex production environments through control system development, PLC programming, project management, and commissioning leadership.

Working inside automotive and Tier 1 facilities — not from a remote office — we earned our reputation one startup at a time. In environments where a missed commissioning date means lost production, you learn quickly that
reliability isn’t a buzzword. It’s the baseline.

Our foundation was built by delivering projects correctly and by building relationships that outlast any single installation.
